Qualifications

• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or behavioral technicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.
• Train and support caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical and regulatory standards.
