Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).

Train and support caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies.
Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical and regulatory standards.
