BCI/LEARN Behavioral in Lowell, MA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Part-time and full-time roles available, with a $5K sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification or exam eligibility within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Licensure or registration as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional trainings and supervision sessions.
• Lead parent/caregiver trainings and ensure safety as priority.
