Job summary

Already Autism Health d.b.a Commonwealth ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and support individuals with autism in a clinical setting. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans based on ABA principles.

You will provide direct services, supervise behavior technicians, train staff, collaborate with families, and monitor progress to adjust interventions.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing with BACB credentials.
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
• CPR and First Aid certifications on file.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and goals.
• Provide services in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct behavior analysis services, including assessments, data collection, and analysis.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and team members.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals for consistency of services.
• Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and evaluate effectiveness of plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with research and best practices in ABA.
