Job Summary
EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral assessments.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Establish measurable treatment goals based on client needs and assessment results.
- Analyze behavioral and clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
- Provide direct and indirect clinical services as appropriate.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), behavior technicians, and other clinical staff.
- Train parents, caregivers, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders in behavior-analytic strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure, where required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
