Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst in California to lead and supervise ABA treatment delivery across homes, centers, and community settings. You will develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA plans while coordinating with a team of technicians and caregivers.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology, BCBA certification, and 2+ years of experience. Willingness to travel between sites and provide reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB or LPA licensure through the Psychology Board.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train technicians, family members, and caregivers.
• Supervise patients in person or via telehealth as needed.
• Communicate updates to caregivers and the ABA team to ensure consistency of care.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy when required by treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
