Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead ABA treatment plans and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians in Chula Vista, California. You will oversee implementation, track progress, and ensure treatment fidelity across settings, including homes and therapy centers.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology (or related field) and BCBA certification, with at least 2 years of experience. This role offers full benefits and opportunities for growth within our nationwide ABA

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to observe, document, and assess patient behavior accurately
• Capable of identifying safety concerns and addressing behavioral issues proactively
• Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and families
• Tolerance for challenging behaviors while maintaining a therapeutic environment
• Proficiency with data entry and patient records management

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers.
• Conduct supervision sessions in-person or via telehealth as appropriate.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and the team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Coordinate with other service providers.
• Complete six-month reports and IEP-related documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and report during team meetings.
• Create progress reports and assessments with support from leadership.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
