Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Hemet, CA to lead ABA treatment planning and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers, ensuring high-quality patient progress and HIPAA compliance. You will develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans, train staff, and coordinate with other providers via in-person or telehealth supervision to ensure consistent care and timely reporting.

Must have a Master's in Psychology, BCBA certification, and at least 2 years of related

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification or LPA licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Conduct regular supervision via in-person sessions or telehealth.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and ABA team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Liaise between Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and other providers.
• Complete six-month authorization reports and required documentation.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates.
• Create progress reports and IEP goals with support from leadership.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure adherence to policies.
