Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology or related field required.
Current BCBA certification or LPA licensure is mandatory.
At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
Responsibilities
Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
Train Behavior Technicians and caregivers on implementation.
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy when needed.
