Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients aged 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs updated as needed.
• Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance program effectiveness.
• Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.
• Complete bi-annual progress reports or per funding sources.
• Conduct skills and behavioral assessments tailored to client needs.
• Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients.
