Total Care ABA in Tifton, Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA treatment plans for children ages 2-14. The role includes supervising RBTs, training caregivers, and delivering data-driven updates to programs in a hybrid in-center setting.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans for new clients, and complete progress reports in collaboration with funding sources.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Must reside within driving distance of Tifton, GA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs updated as needed.
• Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance behavior-change programs.
• Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.
• Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources).
• Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.).
• Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
