Job summary

My Team ABA in the Atlanta area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support autistic children with individualized ABA plans. This role offers hybrid remote work with on-site days around Marietta and Decatur, along with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• 1+ year ABA experience with children 0–21 (RBT experience acceptable for new BCBAs).
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments, designing plans, and monitoring progress preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and caregiver training preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA plans for children.
• Collaborate with caregivers to identify priorities and goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training when required.
