Psyctalent in Denver, CO is seeking a BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct ABA services to clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate will mentor behavior technicians, collaborate with families, track progress with data, and stay current with ABA best practices while maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience as a BCBA working with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and community settings.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct ABA services to clients, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and team members on implementing treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to coordinate care and services.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss progress and goals.
• Stay updated on ABA best practices and implement new techniques as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client services and progress.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards.
