Job summary

Succeed ABA in Denver, CO is seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our clinical team and provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

The BCBA will oversee a caseload, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise staff, and collaborate with speech and OT for comprehensive care. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
• Experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Strong background in ABA in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to clients.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and staff.
• Conduct behavioral skills training for parents and caregivers.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with speech and occupational therapists for comprehensive care.
