Ability Builders, a center-based ABA services provider in Denver, CO, seeks qualified professionals to conduct behavioral assessments and develop evidence-based ABA treatment plans. You will supervise RBTs, mentor BCBA candidates, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality client care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses) and skill-based assessments.
• Provide behavior analytic interpretations and design comprehensive ABA treatment plans based on evidence.
• Supervise and monitor treatment progress with data-based progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and BCBA candidates with regular feedback.
• Conduct monthly treatment integrity checks for behavior technicians.
• Train parents/guardians and others involved in the client’s care.
• Maintain confidentiality including HIPAA compliance.
