Job summary

Step Forward ABA in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services, supervise staff, and collaborate closely with families to promote meaningful outcomes for individuals with autism.

You will develop and oversee treatment plans, ensure ethical practice, and contribute to ongoing professional development while delivering direct services as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special ed, ABA, or related field.
• BCBA certification and state licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with individuals with special needs across age groups.
• Eligibility for private and federally funded insurance programs.
• Willingness to travel.
• CPR and BLS certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans with data collection and record maintenance.
• Provide clinical supervision to BTs, BCaBAs, and LABA's with competency assessments.
• Deliver direct services to clients of all ages and abilities, tailoring services to individual needs.
• Communicate with clients, parents, staff, outside professionals, and other therapists.
• Demonstrate leadership: self-manage schedules, maintain records, prepare reports, work independently.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and provide/receive feedback.
• Engage in ongoing professional development with senior staff guidance.
• Perform initial assessments, client intakes, and special projects as assigned.
• Minimum billable hours: 25 hours per week.
