Job summary

Ability Builders in Centennial, CO provides interdisciplinary, early intervention ABA services to children to help them thrive while honoring who they are.

You will manage your own schedule to hit monthly billable requirements, with supportive supervision from a dedicated team. We maintain small caseloads to ensure high-quality delivery and ongoing professional development in a collaborative, center-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, PEAK).
• Provide behavior analytic interpretations and design comprehensive ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Supervise and monitor treatment progress through data-based progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with client's interdisciplinary team.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and BCBA candidates with regular feedback.
• Perform monthly treatment integrity checks for behavior technicians.
• Train parents/guardians and other responsible parties.
