Job summary

Ability Builders, a center-based ABA service provider in Colorado, seeks dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality behavioral interventions. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to support children and families, with flexible scheduling to meet monthly billable requirements.

Lead supervision for RBTs and BCBA candidates, participate in data-driven treatment planning, and collaborate with therapists to ensure client progress.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ABA methodologies and functional analyses.
• Ability to design data-based ABA treatment plans.
• Experience training and supervising junior clinicians and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses).
• Interpret assessment results and design ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Supervise treatment progress and monitor data-based outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including OT, Speech, and PT.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs/BCBA candidates with feedback.
• Perform monthly treatment integrity checks and parental training.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical standards.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to meet client needs; provide direct coverage as needed.
