- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Experience supervising and conducting diagnostic evaluations
- Familiarity with medical terminology and records
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA-based treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and promote skills
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
