Ability Builders provides interdisciplinary, early intervention ABA services to children to help them thrive while honoring who they are. You will manage your own schedule to meet monthly billable requirements and deliver high-quality supervision and programming with a small caseload.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavior analytic assessment and treatment planning.
• Ability to supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and BCBA candidates.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses).
• Design ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and research.
• Monitor client progress with data-based summaries and updates.
• Collaborate with the client's interdisciplinary team for integrated care.
• Provide training and feedback to staff and families.
