Ability Builders in Greenwood Village, CO, is seeking an experienced ABA professional to supervise RBTs and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services. You will design data-driven ABA plans and support staff and families to maximize client progress.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing training, HIPAA compliance, and a strong commitment to ethical practice, outcomes, and client-centered care.

Aufgaben

• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses) and skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK).
• Provide interpretations and design comprehensive ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and literature.
• Supervise and monitor client progress through data-based progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with the client's interdisciplinary team.
• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and BCBA candidates with regular feedback.
• Conduct monthly treatment integrity reviews for behavior technicians
• Provide training to parents/guardians and other responsible parties
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; adhere to BACB Ethical standards
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client needs; provide direct coverage as needed
• Assist with clinical needs as they arise
