Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee ABA treatment services for children with autism in both home and clinic settings. The role includes assessment, program development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families to ensure quality outcomes.

The BCBA will supervise clinical staff, provide training, and support care coordination with other providers while ensuring insurance and funding requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state specific requirements.
• At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in home and/or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and insurance authorization.
• Provide supervision to clinical staff and develop supervisees' skills.
• Collaborate with parents and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate funding and care coordination.
• Complete administrative tasks such as generating reports and insurance reviews.
