Job summary

Creating Balance Inc. is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Altamonte Springs, FL team. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and monitor progress to ensure effective ABA therapy.

Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA or related field are required, with BACB ethics knowledge and experience supervising staff. This is a mission-driven, collaborative environment supporting family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience conducting FBAs and designing ABA-based treatment programs.
• Strong knowledge of BACB ethics and best practices in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and support staff.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and program modifications.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent ABA therapy.
• Maintain clinical documentation in line with BACB guidelines and company standards.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
