Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and ensuring fidelity of behavior-analytic interventions while supporting pathways for BCBA certification. A strong licensure and driving eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Background or drug screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
