Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Jacksonville to design and oversee ABA programs for children and families. You will lead skill acquisition and behavior reduction efforts, supervise RBTs, and conduct functional and preference assessments to guide interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure before start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screening and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
