Job summary
Connect n Care ABA in Fayetteville is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide stellar services to clients with autism. As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, customize treatment plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.

Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- At least 2 years of experience working with the ASD population is needed.
- Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional and skill based assessments including Vineland, VB-MAPP.
- Customize treatment plans to address the child's deficits based on assessment results.
- Direct and effectively supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.
