Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in St. Louis, MO seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will lead treatment teams, ensure quality care, and coordinate with parents and providers.

The role offers a competitive compensation range ($80,000–$110,000) with quarterly incentives, generous PTO, holidays, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. 3 weeks of PTO and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis with clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning with parents and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high-quality treatment services.
