Job summary

New Generation Academy is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services in Jonesboro, Arkansas. In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality care for children and adolescents with autism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and conduct performance evaluations.
• Provide parent and caregiver training sessions.
• Collaborate with educators and therapists to support treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid and payer requirements.
