Job summary

Flourish ABA Learning Center in Green Bay, WI seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide on-site ABA services. The role includes functional behavior assessments, treatment plan design, and supervision of behavior technicians in a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, provide parent education, collect data, and ensure all practices meet BACB ethical standards. A master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and BACB ethical guidelines.
• Relevant master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with neurodivergent individuals, including autism spectrum disorders.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention programs and supervise technicians.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals; provide parent education.
