Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time role involves conducting FBAs, developing intervention plans, supervising staff, and ensuring ethical, evidence-based treatment in line with BACB standards.

You will train and mentor RBTs/BCaBAs, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in quality improvement

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Experience supervising RBTs, BCaBAs, or other ABA staff preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other client evaluations to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and clinical data.
• Provide direct ABA therapy and oversee the implementation of treatment plans by clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support positive client outcomes.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency of interventions across settings.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of each client's treatment goals and progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, BTs, and BCaBAs, as applicable.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and competency-based training to clinical staff.
• Conduct regular supervision meetings and ensure staff are implementing treatment plans with fidelity.
• Support staff development through education on ABA principles, intervention strategies, and ethical practices.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in accordance with BACB standards, funding requirements, and organisational policies.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, state regulations, and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical reviews, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
