Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA or state-licensed analyst.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and mentorship.
• Strong collaboration with families and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and training.
• Provide supervision to clinical staff and develop supervisees’ skills.
• Collaborate with families and cross-functional team members.
• Generate reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms to ensure services.
• Ensure adherence to state and insurance guidelines.
