Caravel Autism Health in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise center and home-based intervention programs for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed with state-specific requirements.
• Minimum 1 year experience providing ABA services to children with autism in home and/or clinic settings.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning with families and stake holders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on QET measures.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high-quality services.
• Supervise others to develop supervisees’ skills and meet certification requirements.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
