Job summary

Rise Up For Autism LLC in Illinois is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise and coordinate ABA programming, oversee RBTs and BTs, and ensure accurate documentation of Behavior Support Plans.

The role includes conducting functional assessments, developing behavior plans, providing ongoing staff training, and maintaining data-driven progress reports for families and agencies, with required 32 CE credits every 2 years.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA-related field or related human services field is required.
• Must hold BCBA certification and CPR.
• Experience with DTT programming and implementation preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train RBTs, BTs, fieldwork students, and staff using person-centered strategies.
• Lead ABA training using discrete trial and natural environment teaching methods.
• Develop resources for clients and families and provide model teaching.
• Create and implement assessment tools; conduct functional analyses and develop behavior plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and feedback to staff; ensure data collection and program efficacy.
