Job summary

Apple ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Illinois. We are a passionate ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices, collaboration, and client success.

The BCBA will develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, assess progress, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and licensure as a BCBA-LBA.
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical and regulatory standards in practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
