Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism in Illinois is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership, shape individualized treatment plans, coach RBTs, and drive meaningful outcomes for children.

This role supports a small caseload, conducts functional assessments, develops ABA-based plans, supervises staff, analyzes data trends, collaborates with families, and leads interdisciplinary meetings. The position offers a competitive salary and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in ABA.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists.
• Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical needs.
• Collaborate closely with families by providing parent coaching, progress updates, and ongoing support.
• Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving to support each child’s development.
