Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our Las Cruces, NM team. We offer full-time or part-time roles with a strong bonus program and a robust benefits package for full-time staff.

You will lead ABA-based interventions for children with autism, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to ensure meaningful progress. Our team emphasizes flexible schedules, ongoing professional development through monthly CEUs, and a supportive, multi-tiered

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA license or in exam process (students welcome).
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that impact children with autism.
• Share in clients' achievements as they develop new skills.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns as an advocate.
• Supervise and train our growing team of technicians.
• Assist with moving and positioning during sessions; physical activity with children aged 2–15.
