Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring BCBA professionals in Las Cruces, NM to join our clinical team. This full-time or part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA interventions for children with autism, supervising technicians, and guiding families through assessments and treatment planning.

You will work with a supportive multi-tiered team, benefit from a robust bonus program and comprehensive benefits, and have opportunities for ongoing CEU training in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or in the next 3 months of exam—students welcome.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted ABA interventions.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they learn new skills.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (standing, lifting 25+ pounds, moving with children 2–15).
