Job summary

Sun and Sage ABA in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This part-time role offers flexible daytime hours with potential to grow to full-time, and includes paid indirect time, mentorship, and a supportive culture.

You will develop treatment plans, mentor technicians and caregivers, and collaborate with families and professionals to support clients with autism and developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Must be credentialed BCBA in good standing.
• Experience with ABA and data collection techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Completion of NM background check registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Directly work with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers.
• Collect and analyze data to guide progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
• Attend team meetings and participate in clinical reviews.
• Maintain ethical, accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
