Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Santa Fe, NM is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full-time or part-time positions. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, collaborate with families, and work with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or in the next 3 months) and eligibility to sit for exam.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Share in clients' progress as they develop skills and positive behaviors.
• Provide guidance during family conversations to explain assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise, train, and orient staff to ensure quality service.
