Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Rio Rancho, NM for full-time or part-time roles. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions, supporting children with autism while focusing on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Discuss assessments and results with families to support understanding.
• Advocate for clients and communicate concerns to the team.
• Supervise and train behavioral technicians; support team growth.
• Assist with active, multi-child sessions requiring physical activity.
