Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children from birth to 21 in a supportive clinical team. Full-time or part-time positions offer meaningful work-life balance, robust bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

The BCBA will develop and supervise interventions, communicate treatment results to families, and collaborate with a regional team to ensure continuity of care for learners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligible/exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Share client progress as positive behaviors emerge and skills are learned.
• Support families by discussing assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise, train, and orient supervising technicians and staff.
• Assist with movement and activities during sessions as needed.
