Great Gains ABA is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are BCBA-owned and dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices, fostering collaboration, growth, and client success.

The BCBA will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families to ensure optimal outcomes while maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
