Job summary

Total Spectrum is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Part-time and full-time roles available, with LEARN Behavioral support and cross-state collaboration.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher is required.
BCBA certification or you must sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months.
Minimum of two years’ experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
Certification or license as required to deliver behavior treatment.
Strong professional, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
Mentor and support behavior technicians, ensuring competency-based training.
Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
Ensure client safety and top priority on case handling.
Analyze data/behavior to drive data-based decisions and guide teaching procedures.
Implement program directives from senior clinical team accurately.
