Job summary

Total Spectrum, LLC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our LEARN Behavioral team. We offer collaborative support from LEARN leadership and an emphasis on evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism.

Part-time and full-time roles are available, with extensive professional development and team resources. As a Behavior Analyst, you’ll work with experienced leaders and contribute to parent/caregiver trainings, data analysis, and ongoing program direction.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility and licensure requirements.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Proven ability to mentor and supervise BTs and write clinical reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for teams and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
• Contribute to data-driven decisions and ongoing teaching procedure implementation.
