Job summary

Total Spectrum, in partnership with LEARN Behavioral, is seeking a BCBA to supervise and mentor a team delivering evidence-based ABA to children with autism. You will lead clinical programs, ensure quality of care, and collaborate with families to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required or you will sit for the BCBA exam within three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat client safety as a top priority and ensure program fidelity.
• Analyze data and make data-based decisions to guide teaching procedures.
