Job summary
Total Spectrum, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our LEARN Behavioral group. We offer part-time and full-time roles delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, with strong parent partnerships and assent-based treatment.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher and BCBA certification or eligibility.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to assent-based treatment and family partnership.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
- Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
- Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
- Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
- Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
- Ensure client safety and make data-based program decisions.
- Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
