Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide services in Pike County, PA. We emphasize family values, collaborative culture, competitive rates, benefits, PTO, and flexible schedules with full-time and part-time options.

BCBAs earn $100,000 for 30 billable hours weekly, with health premium contributions and paid time off. Responsibilities include FBAs, VB MAPP, AFLS/ABLLS-R assessments, treatment plan development, and supervising support staff

Qualifications

• BACB Certification in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist License is required.
• Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one year paid experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• One year of paid experience with children or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and VB MAPP/AFLS/ABLLS-R assessments.
• Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings using evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers.
• Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school and community settings.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans written by supervising BCBA.
• Collect data during sessions and analyze to adapt programming.
• Support parents, teachers, and community officials.
• Coordinate communication with supporting agencies and complete paperwork.
