Job summary

Roles include full-time and part-time positions across multiple PA regions, with a competitive base salary and up to $100,000 with bonus opportunities.

The team delivers evidence-based ABA in home, school, clinic, and community settings, emphasizing compassionate care, work-life balance, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential.
• Maintain BCBA/LBS licensure and CAQH profile and credentialing with insurance providers.
• Previous experience in clinic, home, or school-based ABA settings preferred.
• Minimum of one year direct ABA services experience with children with autism, training caregivers, and supervising staff.
• Knowledge of third-party insurance funding and authorization processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services to children with autism across clinic, home, and school settings.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff and train caregivers on behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust behavior plans based on data and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with insurance authorizations and documentation.
