Job summary

Step Up Family Services LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) for Passaic, NJ, in-home services. Compensation is $65-$75/hour with bonus opportunities. Flexible schedule and per diem options available; reports to Clinical Leadership.

The role provides clinical oversight of ABA services for children and families, conducts assessments, develops BSPs, analyzes progress, and supports BTs/RBTs and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another qualifying related field.
• Experience providing ABA services and developing individualized behavioral interventions.
• Experience conducting FBAs, BSPs, data analysis, and adapting interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and FBAs with data-driven recommendations.
• Develop, monitor, and modify individualized BSPs and treatment plans.
• Supervise BTs/RBTs and ensure fidelity of implementation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain documentation, caseload management, and regulatory compliance.
