Step Up Family Services seeks a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to lead ABA services for children and families in Morris County, NJ. This in-home role emphasizes clinical leadership, assessment, BSP development, and collaboration with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising BTs/RBTs, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with BACB ethics and NJ licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services and developing behavioral interventions.
• Experience conducting FBAs, BSPs, analyzing data, and modifying interventions.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and FBAs to identify priorities and clinical recommendations.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and modify individualized BSPs based on findings and goals.
• Supervise, coach, and provide clinical direction to BTs/RBTs to ensure fidelity and staff competency.
• Collaborate with families to promote treatment consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
