Job summary

Step Up Family Services LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to lead ABA services for children and families in Northern New Jersey. The role involves assessments, BSP development, progress monitoring, and supervision of BTs/RBTs with a strong emphasis on family partnership.

You will ensure ethical practice, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision making while coordinating with clinical leadership and the care team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education.
• Must hold BCBA certification and NJ LBA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and FBAs to identify treatment priorities.
• Develop and monitor individualized BSPs and treatment plans.
• Supervise BTs/RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization.
• Maintain clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
